Sharene Doles

Sharene, whose mother is a long time McEnearney Associates employee in the accounting department, has been helping out at the company for many years.  As of 2012, she joined The Goodhart Group in an administrative role and officially joined the McEnearney family! She has worked in a variety of fields ranging from retail, to being a file administrator at Freddie Mac. Her most recent job, before joining the team, was as the General Manager’s Assistant and Accessories Sales Specialist at Rosenthal Jaguar and Land Rover Dealership –which gave her great experience in customer service.

Having lived in the Washington, D.C. area for the majority of her life, she has firsthand knowledge and experience of the area making her a perfect reference and source of information. Her previous work experience has developed her administrative skills and already wonderful people skills.  Sharene has a permanent positive attitude and is energetic and dependable, always getting the job done!
