The Goodhart name is the only name you need to know in real estate! A licensed Realtor since 2005, Allison has honed her real estate skills from years of working in the family business. She even remembers putting flags in Del Ray lawns as a child to help her parents business!  In college she interned for Barbara Corcoran, who has been dubbed "New York's Queen of Real Estate", currently serving as one of the personalities and investors on ABC's hit show Shark Tank, as well as the TODAY show contributing editor for Real Estate. Allison feels blessed to have been mentored by such wonderful real estate role models as Sue, Marty and Barbara from a young age which has given her a keen sense of the market and customer service.

After graduating with honors from Dickinson College, Allison joined the team full time as the listing coordinator for The Goodhart Group.  After several years learning everything there is to know about listing property, showing property and negotiating contracts, she has also taken over a management role as the team's Director of Sales and Operations. As such, she oversees all facets of the team's daily activities including managing each transaction for our buyers and sellers from start to finish.  She truly enjoys helping buyers find that special property and doing everything possible to showcase our listings so our clients can move on to the next phase of their lives. Allison is constantly working to ensure that every client has a fantastic experience with The Goodhart Group! 

Born and raised in Alexandria, Allison is a current resident of the Kalorama Triangle neighborhood of Washington, D.C. and has also lived in Arlington and Georgetown.  When she is not at work, you can find Allison exploring the local culinary scene by working her way through Washingtonian Magazines Top 100 Restaurants with friends and family, cheering on our DC area sports teams and simply enjoying life around town. She is also very active in a variety of local charities and serves on the Advisory Council for The Fund for Alexandria's Child.

Allison's market savvy and experience in the family business, combined with a keen knowledge of the entire Washington, DC Metro Area allow her to work seamlessly with clients and other agents alike.
